Said data will be used for service-related purposes, to process an order, make a delivery, process a purchase or billing, and improve our products and services.
Charges on your credit or debit card
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on the official Akali Beach site – this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours. If the chosen date is not available, Akali Beach will offer you an
alternative day or time.
For payments made in dollars, we use the bank exchange rate of the day; with this, your account statement reflects the price in pesos as accurately as possible, according to the DOF.
Akali Beach wants you to feel secure when making a reservation online. For this reason, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The encryption process prevents unauthorized persons
from viewing your information while it is being transmitted securely over the Internet. Once received, your credit card details are not transmitted over the Internet again.
Data verification and check-in
On the day of your visit, you must bring your credit card and a valid ID. If you prefer, please email a copy of your credit card and photo ID (front and back) to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The user agrees responsibly to sign the liability waiver at the time of check-in before boarding the maritime transportation (in case of booking with us), or when disembarking at the beach club pier.
Reservation and cancellation policies
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or for non-attendance with reservations.
In cancellations with at least 24 hours before the date and time of the tour, cancellations or refunds do not apply; rescheduling of your reservation is allowed, subject to availability and taking into account the original date as the basis for the application of the policies.
NO SHOW: Refunds or rescheduling do not apply to reservations in which the client does not show up for boarding in a timely manner, according to the date and time specified in the reservation letter or activity coupon.
Please note that you must be at the check in point at least 25 minutes before your departure. Boarding will close 5 minutes before departure.
The transportation service is non-refundable; in case you do not show up at check-in, we inform you that your reservation at the beach club is available to be rescheduled if required.
It is recommended to take into account that in the event of any unexpected circumstance that ends in cancellation within the 48 hours prior to the date and time of the tour, proof of the situation will be required by email, such as a medical certificate, Covid-19 test results or health status, the flight and the name of the holder of the reservation, for the consideration of the extraordinary, partial or complete reimbursement. If any refund is
approved, a minimum fee of 10% will be taken into account for online transactions, according to the Mexican standard of electronic commerce.
If a tour is canceled by the tour operator for any reason, a full refund will beprovided if a rescheduling cannot be made.
Privacy & Security
Clients must behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times and comply with all regulations and rules of the club. Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the club with no refund.
Clients must take necessary measures for their safety in the club and in water activities, including the use of approved safety equipment. The club will not be responsible for injuries or damages caused by the client’s lack of caution.
Food and drink consumption is limited to designated areas. Access with food or drinks from outside is not allowed.
Reservations for the facilities and water activities must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Reservations can be made by phone or through the club’s website.
To safeguard the integrity and security of all clients, the company reserves the right of admission to any of our spaces.
